The Samsung UE19D4003 is a great little LCD TV for the kitchen or smaller bedroom. It comes with an in-built Freeview tuner and ports for HDMI and USB.  It is HD ready and a USB slot – although extra connections aren’t too plentiful. There’s a great viewing angle – particularly for an LCD TV – and good brightness, solid contrasts and reasonable colours.

The Samsung UE19D4003 is designed well and you can expect the slimline set to slip into the smallest of corners and although the audio reproduction isn’t great, it is fairly typical of a TV at this price-point. We would probably recommend avoiding it if you’re looking to play console games or want to watch huge, big budget Hollywood movies, but for catching the news whilst you’re cooking dinner or watching TV before, it’s a great price and a very good option for those on a budget.
