Garmin have a healthy reputation for their GPS systems and GPS-based watches which is only improved by the launch of the latest model in their Forerunner range……………..
The Garmin Forerunner 110 is billed as a “sleek, intuitive and affordable for runners, joggers and walkers” in the press release and offers Garmin’s HotFix technology which quickly picks up and holds satellite reception, whether in areas of dense forest or in open, more urban locations.
Features include all the key elements you would look for when out jogging, including distance, average pace and time, as well as compatibility with a Garmin heart rate monitor.
You can pick up a Forerunner 110 in 3 colour schemes – black/gray, charcoal/red and gray/pink – and you can expect up to 8 hours in GPS/training mode – more than enough for even the most masochistic fitness session.
No word on a UK price but the Garmin Forerunner 110 will be released next month……….
